Excellent Service

Read a few complaints against Hetzner on this site, and wanted to let you know that I've been using your services in SA for about 10 years now, with never an issue or a problem. Support has been second to none, with several late night calls with engineers who I have always found to be polite and professional, above all my problems have been resolved or explained quickly.
I've advised other users to transfer to Hetzner where required, and therefore have assisted 3 or 4 other Hetzner hosted sites to get up an running. As required, support has been called on various occasions to assist with installation of software or access and password resets. This has again always been professional and prompt with the resolution.
Would be nice to have php support to connect to database's on the lower packages, to allow me to run a micro site using a database allocated from my other site, but limitations are understandable.
