Paying for a samsung galaxy I never had

My phone contract from MTN had expired so I upgraded to get a Samsung galaxy. On the day I got the gadget I placed the SIM card wrong so I sent it back to the shop for repairs. It took two months for them to bring it back, but it was not fixed and they told me that they cant. but I noticed before leaving the shop that it could not switch on, but that time i left it with them it could switch on. The manager then took the galaxy and said they will fix it and will make it switch on. It has been 6 months now and I still do not have my galaxy. When I requested to get a new one the manager said I could not, but then what is the 7day guarantee for? When I promised to escalate to head office I was promised a new one. Until to today I do not have my Galaxy. Bear in mind that I am the one who keeps on calling them, driving to their offices on weekly basis to check if I will get a new one or that one has been fixed? So disappointed and annoyed and they are still deducting their monthly fee
