Telkom can not delive

I have report noise on line and drop adsl on the 21 June 2013 the fault was closed with no repairs done and I am trying to ge this sorted up to now no success I need to do all my buisness via mobile and they have no sence of helping customers.

PLEASE SEND ME A DAM TECHNICIAN TO SORT THIS.!!!
