Poor Service and repeat returns

In December 2012 I took my blackberry bold 9900, which I had been using for < 6 months, in to Vodacare Eastgate after it became unresponsive. I was given a refurbished phone in response. In April this year the phone became unusable due to it restarting constantly. I went back to Vodacare and explained that I was unhappy with the phone model due to it being unreliable and requested that it be exchanged for another model (Could be a less advanced model if it is more reliable). This was ignored and the phone was sent for assessment. I was returned the phone approximately 2 weeks later saying that nothing was wrong with it and advised to change the battery. I was explained that the phone was under 2year warranty and that the battery was not covered - considering that battery unit is < 1year old I find this pathetic and unacceptalble. On buying a new battery a new issue has occurred where the phone is once again unresponsive. The back and forth nature of this is costing me time not to mention that not having the use of a reliable device is a serious concern to me, however Vodacare/Vodacom have no insight into this as displayed by the response to my issues by the staff of Vodacare.
