Dearest Nashua, will you kindly reverse IMMEDIATLY the unauthorised debit order you saw fit to leverage against my account last night. As a result of manually paying you for over 12 years now you have inadvertently caused me to pay you twice and your service is most definitely not worth that much. No I will not lift a finger on this matter, get your accounts department to pull theirs and liase with my bank directly as you did when taking the monies in the first place. Incidentally your call centre may be the most useless department on earth... I'd hazard a guess and say even the City of Johannesburg is more effective you useless.
