Cell C send my phone halfway across the country

I complained last week about not getting a response to my application. Ayanda called me and advised my application was successful and that the phone should be delivered this week. Today I get a call from someone working for FNB telling me the courier is at FNB Klerksdorp looking for me... I gave my address to Cell C and Ayanda confirmed it on the system. I also gave them my Vodacom cell number but they never updated my order. I was also advised that Ayanda listened to the call when I applied for the phone and according to her I asked for a Vodaccom number to be transferred to Cell C??? I did no such thing. I clearly told the consultant what my address is and what my cell number is but Ayanda says I did not do this. Anyway if you still want to give me the phone can you please call me and I will give you my delivery address for the fourth time.
