MTN WHY EVEN BOTHER - THEY ARE USELESS

I took out 2 accounts with MTN which included 2 Ipads for my kids. I requested the account be blocked as we all know that kids tend to do wonderful things to surprise parents. Abee at the Queenswood branch tried to assist but without any progress. I were given 2 references for as proof that the accounts were blocked a. 083 577 1203 Ref no 99344373 b.083 577 1211 Ref no 99344444. They say you do not answer the phones - HELLO this is an IPAD how do you want me to answer this??? Account of R2100 odd is not a joke - it was suppose to be blocked on R300 each. There website does not allow you to launch a complaint and to phone them are totally useless as they are either off line or not the right person to speak to. Now who do I speak to...
