Account Blocked for Owing R20

I went to the EL branch to buy a text book, only to find out that my account has been "dead locked" for owing R28 on my account. I had paid several days ago as i knew i would need my book soon and currently my account is in credit.

They were unable to assist me as only Head Office and unblock my account as isn't open on weekends.
Firstly, I am highly disappointed at the fact that my account gets blocked over a R28 that was outstanding. I won't do an EFT specially for R28. This is ridiculous and I am strongly considering going elsewhere for better service and accounts not being blocked for owing R28
