Enough!!!

Yes we are a corporate and there the 1st problem. The only people that can assist with any problems seem not interrested in answering the phones or helping in any regards.

After we blocked 6 of our phone lines in July, we have received phone accounts late and after requesting the accounts we have a debit order of R11 000.00. No one is taking responsibility for the error, we have sent emails as proof and are still waiting.
As owner of the company my phone does not have a block on, BUT Cell C decided that I can only phone for R50.00 over my contract and blocked my account on Friday afternoon. I have sent emails, letters spent hours at the store with nothing being done.

Yet again today I have been trying to increase my limit to enable me to do business and again nothing. Yes I am in the middle of no where as we are in the mining industry and if 1 more person tells me to phone a landline after my phone has been suspended I wil Scream.
