Call centre full of promises

Once again, MTN didn't fail to disappoint.
This is now the second time in a week that I had to revert to Hellopeter to resolve issues.
It has now been one month, 5 call centre calls and 2 shop visits later, ad still my voice mail doesn't work.
This after they promised 24 hours maximum! Pathetic!
"Your voice mail is not available right now, please try your call again later"... So for 4 weeks I've been trying later... yet nothing!
How long should this continue. This after Veronica () stated, they will improve their service.
