In September 2012 I was defrauded by scamsters getting acess to my bank account. Mtn empowered the scamsters by not following procedures and issuing a new sim card. I have had the run around from MTN with a standard answer of we are not responsible for your bank pin. No MTN you are not, however you are responsible for your side, which is the sim swop that has to have a valid ID as proof. Without this key factor no one would have been able to access my account, create beneficiaries or transfer money! From MTN's side you have not communicated once, not even on requests for feedback. I will post this on Facebook and Twitter.
