Get a registered letter to respond to, call the call centre and they are unable to assist, cannot put me through to the relevant party as the "CONSULTANTS" are mightier than himself! THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TRANSFER CALLS TO THE CONSULTANTS! Okay, then put me through to the Team Leader - NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT EITHER - BUT, and oh what a courteous, powerful BUT, They have sent him an e-mail and he will respond to it in his own time! In the meantime, continue receiving harassing calls from people that are incoherent and unable to resolve a problem, and continue receiving threatening registered mail! That is what you call service, that is the way to keep clients and to keep them happy!!! Out of desperation, go into my local branch, they are also reliant on the Call Centre and the iniffeciency! 2 hours later, no resolve! No name! No direct number! No e-mail! The CONSULTANTS at ABSA a protected!!!
