TELKOM'S TERRIBLE SERVICE... UNEXCEPTABLE!!!

I am extremely dissapointed in Telkom!
My mom believes she needs to have a land line phone, and is quite old school and that is the only reason that i haven't phoned Telkom to tell them to come and take their phone back. We have had TONS of incidents with Telkom, but each time i let it slide. Why though should i get terrible service each time and just accept it, i am afterall paying for service and i am extremely frustrated after this last incident... 6 weeks ago my mom noticed that the land line phone has no dialling tone. This has happened before and it comes back on in a few days, but after enquiring with neibours, we realized it has been over a week now, my mom logged a call via sms. A week later i called in and got told their is a delay in our area, a week later i called again.. and i got told ill be contacted within 3 days and my account was handed over to "higher power"... and now... 2 weeks later i am still waiting for someone to get back to me... and my phone still is not working... i just called them again and the i spoke to, didnt seem interested in listening to me at all, when i asked to speak to a supervisor, i got put on hold and have been for several minutes..
