Contract Cancellation

Good day,

I am sick of being sick and tired with Cell C. I want all my 3 contracts cancelled with immediate effect with no penalties, as per my previous requests, otherwise I will be escalating my grievances.

I can't be complaining about billing. Last week I declined a 4th contract offer of an iPhone 5 because of their appalling customer service.
