Cell C
Waiting almost 2 months for iPhone 5

I have decided to move from my current network, Vodacom, to Cell C as they are offering a great contract deal on the iPhone 5. I have been in store and filled out all the necessary forms, signed on the line and submitted a successful application form. I have been waiting almost two months for my iPhone to arrive, with no follow up or apologies from the branch. I call them weekly to follow up but do not get any constructive feed back on the contract status. Promises are made week on week that stock will arrive the following week. I am extremely unhappy with their service. It is pathetic that a network can offer a deal and then not deliver on their promises. Cell C has left a bad taste in my mouth and I have not yet begun business with them. The staff are not helpful and seem to not care at all about customer service. I am sick and tired of waiting, I want my phone and better service.
