Pathetic Service from the Call Centre!!!

I have just received the most appalling service from Absa and it's Telephone Banking Call Centre Department! I have spent over an hour on the phone with them and I still didn't receive any type of help from any of them.
I explained to them that I was mugged and as a result I do not have my I.D or my Bank Card with me. I needed to change the number on my banking profile and who knew that this would be such an impossible mission! I had spoken to someone 1st who was more than willing to change my cell phone number for me, when I called back I spoke to the most useless call centre agent, so useless I didn't even bother to remember her name, I explained what I needed there was a sudden change of tune and they could not assist me anymore, she then put me through to her supervisor, Luciano, who was just as bad. I have never had to deal with such incompetent people in my life! I also bank with FNB and I do not have to hassle like this to make changes to my banking profile. Absa has just lost a customer! You people are really useless!!!
