I have had it with CA, YOUR SERVICE IS UP TO! I am going to logg a complaint with the NCR as NO ONE AT CA SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING. I settled my ABSA credit card in December LAST YEAR AS IN 2012 seems i need to draw pictures for you ppl as you dont know how to do ur jobs. I see im still paying that very same credit card for the last 4 months. I want this money refunded to me and i want this sorted out TODAY. As everytime I need to notify CA of something I need to phone someone in your call centre WHO DOESNT DO THEIR WORK ANYWAY and then I need to fight with CA first before anything gets done as it is of no use to conact either Alfie or Hannelie as they are also useless. i really had it with your complete lack of service. ur useless! I had the same issue with my Polo when I settled that i still ended up paying ABSA, as CA didnt update my details (what did i expect their useless!) I want SOMEONE TO PHONE ME TODAY THE 15TH OF APRIL AND FIX THIS AS I HAVE ALREADY FOLLOWED UR ROUTE AND INFORMED SOMEONE AT CA & ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAPPENED. I'm sick and tired of this CA isnt even worth the anger as ur incompetent when it comes to service! YOU WILL PHONE ME TODAY!
