I am very unhappy as I am STILL waiting for a response on my previous report and calls.
I purchased another simcard in the hope of better service - only to find that I can not transfer my airtime due to the BIS that still has to go off - which yet again, I am not using and can not get deactivated.
Come on MTN.
Do something about it.
How can you expect us to pay for serivces not even used? it's called.
