Take payment but no airtime

I had a previous report on sayg mobile on hellopeter after that I got some response yet very slow now its back to square one no on responds I pay for my contract but im told I wont receive airtime as per the director by lerato and I emailed mel jones as he handled the previous complaint but I get no response again it seems only after a report on this site do we get any help so I chose this route again
