SMS's go missing

Dear Sir / Madam

I seem to be losing SMS's to the point where I cannot trust this medium anymore - I have lost 3 SMS's in the past week. Here is one of the SMS sent to me that never arrived (neither on my phone or the mytools on web interface) - 20h38 on 21st June text message - "Hey, you can pick us up at 9" from 0718768368 - needless to say I missed this pickup of my children.

With the problems I am having with CellC both with this as well as reception quality (previous hellopeter), I am starting to look at other providers - hopefully you can convince me otherwise
