Samsung S4 not functioning properly

Good Day
I have purchased the new Samsung S4 on Saturday (15/06/2013) I have dealt with MTN for the past 15yrs so i like to support this brand.
Unfortunately the MTN Sp store at the Glen did not have S4 cover I required so I bought this cover from Vodacom. The Local MTN store did not have any carrier bags so I got a bag from Vodacom (customer service and Visual Branding not obvious) the software functionality was not working correctly so I return to the store the next day. The Samsung Technical assistant resolved this and assured me that the protective screen was not causing any problem just needed to change settings on my phone. Antoniette the sales consultant assisted me with my contractual issues. I reported the same problem on Wednesday but the problem was intermitant. I returned back to store on Friday (21/06/2013) to complain about the same problem (Air call, air view, smart scroll and hovering option) I did bring this to Antoniette and the Samsung assistant. My concern was Friday was my last day for a swop out. The Samsung assistant could assist me as she had limited knowledge on my query and suggested I come in on Saturday when Thabo was on duty.
