Moving house & they have cut me off 1 month early

We contacted Telkom on 11 January 2013 to inform them that we are moving house and require our service to be transferred on 15 February 2013. Instead, they cut us off on 15 January 2013 and rocked up at the new premises to install the line. We phoned the "Service" Centre who said the order was scheduled for 15 February. But when we explain that they have cut us off, they tell us well they cannot do anything about it now since the order has been actioned! My husband and I have phoned about 10 times - we get passed from 1 person to the next - no-one wants to help, they promise to phone back (even the managers / supervisors) - nobody returns our calls!!! It has run up our cell phone accounts since everytime each call is around 30 - 45 minutes long!! I cannot work as I depend on the internet / email access in order to be able to do my job! I actually cannot believe this disgusting, despicable service! - clearly they depend too heavily on their monopoly status! And then when you absolutely lose it on the phone with them - they sarcastically tell you to calm down otherwise nothing can be resolved! - perhaps if someone actually did their job then I wouldn't lose it in the 1st place
