Cancelling a contract

I would like everybody out there to know what an issue it is to try and cancel a contact with Cell C. In good faith I went to them to get a contact. After a few days I realized that I can not use their service cause their aren't any! I then went to the Sandton Branch where I got the contact from to cancel it. Feedback it no existent if I don't call them and when I eventually get to the person responsible for the admin of canceling the contact the call centre agent to me and said she is on leave where in fact she was at work - they just don't take any client calls, which means that I can't do anything. I have to wait for them to figure out that I don't have service and them decide if they want to cancel.

I've also spoken to a good friend of mine the does a lot of work for Cell C in their network department and hey told me they are in shambles and network issues will not be fixed any time soon. So don't waist your time to get a contact with those great offers - it will not work.
p.s I don't need any Cell C person to respond to this - just fix these problems for the other guys you have already caught with a contract.
