I received the below from Nashua Mobile on the 13/05/2013 with regard to a complaint, I still have not heard a word from you. Who is your regional manager? I had the regional manager, Ivan Govender, contact me before I lodged the Hello Peter complaint. He was the only once who was helpful and customer orientated, true as nuts the next day when I e-mailed him I got an auto-response that he no longer works at Nashua Mobile.

Your service gets increasingly more shocking, I am due for upgrade this month and unless someone is willing to rectify this I will most certainly be moving to a service provider who won't cost me time and money and actually has the courtesy to address and rectify the problems they have caused.
