On the 23.05.13 i received a statement from MTN saying that I owe R884.66, which was incorrect as they did an upgrade on my previous contract which i cancelled. i called the call center spoke to Boitomelo Ref no: 100408963 and was told to go back to the Sandton city MTN. When i got there i dealt with a guy and he called MTN again there was a request logged with Ref no: 2181742 to set my account right and i will not be charged double he spoke to Lebo with Ref no 100413249.
I would like this matter sorted out and i would like to be credited the amount that i am not suppose to pay!!!
