NO FEEDBACK ON THE UPGRADE

Yesterday i have received a letter via e-mail from Vodacom Collections, it says i owe R530.68, What is ist for? I am still waiting for feedback from Sindiswa Jentile (legal department) or Mooddy Motebejane about the query that i logged on on the 2nd of July and tell me what was the finding and the problem has been sorted, but no one called. The last time I spoke to Mooddy she told me that she needs to close the call that i have logged on Hello Peter as they have an SLA to attend to queries however she will monitor the case for me and she will get back to me, but she never did. Now the contact is still active and i'm getting billed on it, Why? I am the one who wasted my time and resources calling vodacom so that they can get this thing sorted. I want my contract to be cancelled by vodacom, they were suppose to inform me when the upgrade was sorted no that i can close the account. Due to negligence of vodacom and incompetent staff i must suffer. I still want to know about the findings and was there any consequence management taken with the person involve with the. Contract in question 082 576 7518
