On Friday the 25/01/2013 i requested an early settlement amount of my Ipad 2. Before i even get the settlement amount, the settlement amount was deducted from my account without my concern. After that i requested for a reversal of the amount. There is noone taking ownership to assist me. All i am hearing is that they have escalated the matter and they will contact me today or tomorrow. I have sent numerous emails to Katlego in the smart devices settlement department and she is no help at all after all the mess that she has made on my account.
