I called in with an issue. 100 SMS were sent in space of 10 mins to a number that doesn't exist (I called number and it told me such). CellC advised it was lodged and will get a response within 24-48 hours. After no call in that time span I called them & they advised me it means 24-48 working hours which actually equates to 7 days. Day 7 still no call. Day 8 I call them, a bit annoyed, and spoke to a manager, call Luanda (or similar) who was all sympathetic & said she will find out what's wrong and call me straight back... guess what, no call back.By DAY 13 (today) I am really so I call them and ask for the same manager. "That manager is in JhB, we are in KZN" they tell me. Apparently a CALL centre for a phone company can't transfer me to her either. Anyway speak to another manager who then speaks to IT and after 30mins tells me they have confirmed the SMS are valid. I ask how can that be as it is impossible to send 100 SMS (which happens to be my allowance) in 10 mins to a non existent number. She tells me she will have to log another query which will take 24/48 to respond (yeah right). Furious I ask for her manager, told he will call me back by days end. Guess what..no call
