No credit for overcharges :(

Once again I am on hellopeter, as this is the only way to get this company to action. I submitted a full account reconciliation showing that I have been grossly overcharged. That was on the 5th June. I have not even had acknowledgement that they received my email, and of course, nothing has been done to rectify my overcharges which they happily charge away on my credit card.

I hope someone competent will help sort this out.
