Poorest service EVER!!!

I was over charged on my October billing and after a report on Hello Peter, I was contacted by Autopage to confirm a problem on my account. On the 20th of November 2014 I received an sms to notify me a credit will be passed on my December 2014 account. No kidding!!! I just received my Dec billing. No credit is shown except for an incorrect additional charge of R73... again!!! Please try and appoint competent people, really!!! This is by far the poorest service I have seen the past few months. Can someone please sort this out, this is really a huge problem.
