I have been attempting to get a price from MTN and MTN Business to cancel my MTN contract earlier than the expected cancellation date. I have now been trying for over 2 months. I have called repeatedly, been on hold for at least 30 minutes time, and when I do speak to a consultant they are incompetent and cannot even tell me what the cost to cancel the contract would be. I have been into branches and encountered the same incompetence.
ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS HOW MUCH I NEED TO PAY TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT AND PORT MY NUMBER OUT TO A NEW SERVICE PROViDER.
