I Was Apprehensive After Reading the Other Reports

I upgraded my phone in February and immediately proceeded to up my insurance band so that I wouldn't be underinsured for the new device. After losing my phone on Saturday the 15th of June, I was nervous about the service I would receive from Cellsure, given the number and nature of all the negative reports on Hellopeter.com. Nonetheless, I submitted my claim to them via email on the afternoon of Tuesday the 18th (first working day after a long weekend), and received a call on the morning of Wednesday the 19th, yes, less than 24 hours later, to say that my claim had been approved.

That unexpected efficiency certainly softened the blow of having lost my smartphone, and I thought I would post this to counter all the negative reports.

My advice to others: Read the fine print, make sure you understand the contract, stick to the terms and conditions you agreed to, and make sure you aren't underinsured.
