AD HOC BUNDLES A HUGE PROBLEM

I have taken out a contract from Autopage in Dec 2012.

Every month i try to load a 500mb ad hoc bundle, it is confirmed that it takes 24hrs. Every month i need to phone back 2/3days later as it has not been loaded. Today it was done twice and now needs to be reversed after trying to explain this to a consultant 5 times in the store.

2ndly, I have never received a copy of my contract per email as confirmed by the store that it was taken out at, and attitude was given in January 2013 when i requested this to telll me that i can come into the store. i still have no copy of my contract.

3rdly, The self help service on their website to add ad hoc bundles does not help either, you get a confirmation that it has been done but it has not.

4th I have not received one statement / invoince since i took out my contract, i requested this yesterday and only recieved it then.

There is just no service from Autopage nor the call centre and every month it is the same problem.

How can I cancel my contract with them, but refuse to pay any penalty as a result of a complete breakdown in service and service delivery that i actually pay for. I never had this issue with Vodacom direct.
