Found funny amounts billed to my statement in Nov and Dec. Phoned to ask what it's for - was told that it was billed by a porn site which I supposedly subscribed to at 1 in the morning in Jun 2012. Knowing I sleep and don't mess around on my phone at 1 I asked if they can investigate the matter - someone might use my cell no to do this. Instead they treat me like a child asking if I had borrowed my phone to someone else, or if I had left my phone unatended somewhere or if my sim card was. No to all of the above. I wanted them to investigate the possibility that someoen else - maybe an employee could be able to use my cell no to bill this to my no. Only received a reply via email to say sorry the billing is correct. Only took them about 12 hours to investigate - they should join the police force! Was told that the 'service' was cancelled - great but what if this happens again. Again I will just have to pay because they care only for the money not the customer? Accidentally registering at a porn site while downloading music (which I also don't do) I can somehow understand but making use of the service accidentally - no sense. Can someone help in Afrikaans please?
