II am very unhappy. I am a person who carefully uses my cell phone and don't subscribe to anything. Last month I was billed R52.56 and this month R131.40 via my cell phone network. Phoned your call centre earlier today on 0861106472 but you don't even give the option to speak to an operator. Why? Is it because all the people are phoning to unsubscribe due to the fact that you take people's money without there authorisation. Please provide me with proof that I subscribed and confirm that I am unsubscribed. I want the R183.76 refunded to me asap. I am not paying a sent for something that I don't want or applied for. I don't know from what time of the month your billing is but my cell phone billing ended on 11/5/2013 for the last R131.40. I am not paying anything after 11/5/2013 and you must make sure this is reversed before I get my next cell phone bill on 11 June 2013. Phone me on my worktelno 021-9166269 to discuss this matter.
