Stop harrasment for Telkom line!

I have been receiving threatening and inappropriate calls for Telkom number 0458085200
6 calls today before 13h and its not random as my name was mentioned.
If I call the number it takes a long time before you get the response of "the number is not in service"
YET that is the number that called me over and over in the last week.
Call centre tells me that they can't assist, I need to go to the police or change my number!
So do we just accept this kind of harassment?
surely Telkom should know who the owner of the number is and should be in a position to put a stop to it.
