Shocking service, bad attitudes and no response!!!

I Upgraded my contract on the 6th July 2013 and received a Samsung Galaxy S4.
When I finally received the SIM Swop, the phone did not register the SIM Card.
After the consultant tested the phone with her SIM card and managed to get the SIM stuck, the phone was deemed faulty and sent for assessment.
Vodacom and Samsung tried to remove the SIM with a paperclip??
Vodacom Clearwater booked the phone in for repairs on the 17th July 2013 and gave me a "loaner" phone, without a changer and filled inappropriate content.
When I asked Elaine what their plan was to rectify this matter, as I am not willing to pay R230.00 monthly for a brand new phone that was damaged, she proceeded to hang up the phone, mid conversation.
Considering the above history it is evident, that I cannot be held responsible for damaged caused by Vodacom's own staff, yet vodacom wants to charge me to repair a phone that their staff damaged???
I have sent countless emails to the Vodacom 4U shop in Clearwater and Vodacom Customer Care, I have numerous reference numbers, yet no response.
I have canceled the contract, but this has also not been confirmed
