Cell C
Being billed for a service I cancelled 6months ago

Called Cell C Get It in December 2012 to cancel this service and I received a mail and phone call on the 01/12/2012 confirming the cancellation. But up until today I am still being billed for a service I never used. I have called Cell C Get It on numerous occasion and spoke Sue Ref no.5921970, Vincent Ref no.6038834, Keagan Ref no.6073589 and Anita Ref no.6269395, but everytime I called I get the same story that they will stop billing me and that my money will be refunded. It is six months later and I'm still being billed for a service that I have never used and none of my money was refunded. Cell C Get It is a total rip off and their service is appalling.
