I still did not get my refund as yet, in fact they debited my account twice on the 14th of June 2013 instead of paying me twice. This is not even my debit order date!

I had no proper internet service since mid January 2013 and then no service for over 3 months. It took numerous complains and finally I got through to them. They just cannot do anything right.

The lady suggested stopping one debit order and refunding me the other and I told her that this will create problems but she assured me that it would be fine. The one debit order for 1 June 2013 was stopped and I still did not get the other refund to date and now this.

I am out of words for these guys.

My incident number is 3716609 and ref number 4143723

Your 081180 number seems to be faulty (continuously engaged for life). I urgently need to sort this out or else I am definitely taking this to the Consumer council as I had enough of this incompetence!

Please get someone to respond to me urgently on 0842508817, its Annie.
