Around this time last year I purchased a phone via Rocketshop. The experience was great until there was a delay in the delivery. After some back and forth with Lizzy, who was great with following up with the courier company, Fastway, I sent the following to her, in good faith:

"When I phone Fastway I just hear music for a long time. According to
Track & Trace, the parcel has been on board the courier vehicle for 2
days. I'm stuck at home, not able to get on with my business as I
don't know when they'll be arriving. They are letting your business
down so badly I doubt I'll be a repeat customer if this is your
courier company's level of service."

My intention was to warn her that the courier was undoing much of the good that she does. To my surprise and disappointment, I received the following reply from Lizzy:

"We are all busy and if that is how u feel then so be it "

This was disappointing to me because I was trying to help her see where a business she was relying on was hurting Rocketshop's reputation. So I feel to warn other purchasers that with the 'busy' season coming up again, you should expect contempt from Lizzy and Rocketshop when you complain about slow delivery.
