FAILURE TO PROVIDE ME WITH INFORMATION

To whom it may concern,

I have currently got a contract with MTN, I am pleased to say I am happy with the network provider.

On the other hand, I have recently been promoted and require a new contract with my same number. When I ask or phone the customer care centre, they either don't know what I'm saying or just pass me on to the next operator. I have yet to find out what I need to do or how I need to go about it.?? Surely there is some solution or someone who can explain this to me.? I have tried to login on the MTN website but it doesn't allow me. Can someone contact me via email or any other form of communication, MTN has all my details.

I moved from Vodacom to MTN for the simple reason of good deals, efficient service and good reputation. Let this not be ruined by something so small, yet time wasting and unpleasant to your customers.
