Cell C
Poor service and delivery on goods

I just spoke to my friend who has been waiting 1 month for Cell C to deliver her cellphone package. They did not contact her to notify about the back log of the product. When she called they were heartless in dealing with her and said to just have patience. I called back to the customer complaints department of Cell C where I was given the run-around. How can they advertise a product and state there is a 2 week waiting period. They avoid giving a substitution or an alternative to this problem. I am logging this complaint on her behalf, as this is the second time this has happen to her. She is so upset as she has been treated terribly and not received any calls to assure that the phone will be delivered soon.
