A very helpfull consultant contacted me an referred the matter to another department as there is no coverage in my area. Another consultant contacted me more than a week ago and offered me the option of cancelling my contract. Asked her to contact me later so I can discuss this with my husband. She still has not contacted me. But why must I cancel my contract if I signed a form that stated that there is coverage in my area. Today we received an sms staying that this issue is resolved. It is not resolved. I am not cancelling my contract I want what I signed for. I am keeping my end of the contract by paying. Now it is Vodacom's turn to do there part.
