More rubbish service a slap in the face!

Last week our neighbours and our telephone and our Internet went down.
Technicians were despatched and their service was up and running within 24 hours.
A week later, with many calls and 2 esculations, we are still waiting for our line to be fixed.
Our dear 86 year old grandmother is without her only means of communication and my business relying on the Internet is running on expensive mobile data.
I expect a weeks discount for the lack of service and an apology to our gran who cannot speak to her relatives overseas.
Why did you ignore us when you come and check with our neighbours line after fixing theirs days ago, and when we ask a Telkom technician to help us they tell us that head office has not yet despatched a technician?
Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable to treat us in this way.
