Contarct Upgarde Without My Consent or Knowledge

Hi,
I have a contract with Vodacom which to my knowledge is due to expire end of this month and my monthly instalment was R185.00 p/m until they decided to upgrade it without my consentknowledge. I phoned them a couple of times with no joy, I phoned Elite mobile responsible for the upgrade and sent them an affidavit and a copy of my ID to say I know nothing about this but still. I expect the service provider (Vodacom) I have a contract with to intervene but they just push me away. Can someone help please, I don't have the phone that they claim i was upgraded to.
I need them to investigate where the phone was shipped to, which number was I contacted on to do this upgrade, delivery address of the package, recording of the call, anything that I signed to accept the package on deliverycollection and the call records of the number in question as I never used it since I got a contract with them. I was only using data and the laptop not the celphone but it was part of the package.
The number in question: 0825201349, and I am certain that no one contacted me for this upgrade.
Please help as I can not afford to pay so much even worse for something that I do not even own.
