ISSUE - CANNOT BLACKLIST HANDSET

My employer, Mr Roelof De Leeuw (ID #: 6308235139083), of YDL Investment Properties is in Atlanta, Georgia. USA, on business. He was robbed on Wednesday, and has as a result lost his cell phone, laptop, ID docs, camera - you name it, he's lost it..
I had his cell number suspended on Wednesday morning but MTN would not blacklist the handset, as they say he must come in and do this. This is clearly not an option as he cannot even back into the country (no passport - the SA embassy is trying to assist him in this regard).. Below is the police case number issued by the Atlanta police.
The handset has EVERYTHING that pertains to our business on the Blackberry device memory (bank accounts, passwords etc.), and as the also have his business laptop, they can wipe his accounts out. I need his handset blacklisted immediately please. IMEI: 354695048096290 and the Police Case no is 201300-8000 Date 12/6/2013. Sandy Springs Police Department Atlanta Georgia. MTN is dragging their heels here!! Pitiful service!!
