Dead landline for 2 weeks

My landline is totally dead for 2 weeks now. I call 10210 every day and all the person says she/he will send a sms to the technicians. Every day the same story. NOTHING gets done!! I've stopped calling 10210 as it's a useless venture. I installed a web phone to make call over the internet but this is very inconvenient.

I so wish that another company could replace Telkom. What must I do to get Telkom to wake up and fix my landline?
