I phoned vodacom almost 3 weeks ago to complain that i was been charged the incorrect monthly premium. the premium been charged is not the agreed apon premium as per the tele sales consultant who sold me the upgrade. i phoned vodacom and to date have received no feedback i have followed up 4 times already evertime with the promise to have someone call me back and resolve my query. customer service clearly isnt there main priority.taking peoples money incorrectly is.
