I bought 2 batch of tickets 1st payment for x2 Holi One Tickets were made at 14:32 the 6 March I sent the proof of payment straight after that: Wed 3/6/2013 2:41 PM

The reference number is REF 402625856/3739

I only then logged on again and bought another x1 holi one ticket at 15:21:55pm (This is an hour later than I bought the second ticket) Now Jessica is disputing with me that I am using the reference number for the x1 ticket I bought which is impossible as I only logged in later so how would I be able to get THAT (402625856/3739) for x2 tickets) confused with the 2nd one ticket I bought??? That is impossible and I did call you accounts department saying that the page reloaded on the second ticket I bought and she said It will take 24 hours to load.

This is the confirmation I got - this is the 2nd one ticket I bought with the first batch of tickets reference number???

I DO NOT WANT A REFUND I WANT MY 2 TICKETS AS THEY ARE SOLD OUT!!!
