Staff are inept at doing their job

My current contract phone that was provided by Autopage Brooklyn started giving technical trouble. I returned the phone to autopage so that the phone could be fixed (which I had for about 1 year) and that the data on the phone be transferred to my older phone. The employee transferred the data onto his PC but didn't know how to transfer it to the older phone. He tried to google the information, without success. During the week I had to return to the store on 5 seperate occasions. None of the employees were able to help me and now a considerable amount of my data is gone. The costumer service at this branch is also appalling since the employees ignore their costumers and don't seem to be very knowledgeable at their jobs. During one of my five visits to the branch, I spoke to two other people who specifically came to complain about the service. People I know have also told me that they have had similar bad experiences at Autopage Brooklyn.
